Title: Production Worker 

The Production Worker position requires inspection and packaging skills with a keen eye for quality and a passion for teamwork.  The ideal candidate will posses the ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and productivity standards that could earn the candidate up to $12.00 per hour.  Currently, the workshop works four (4) ten-hour days, Monday through Thursday from the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Hillcroft Industries understands the difficulties that come with family care and endeavors to be flexible whenever possible. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts for defects
  • Package miscellaneous customer products
  • Assemble customer products
  • Gauge parts
  • Collate customer material for mailing
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Operate shrink bundling and shrink wrap machines
  • Operate hand trucks and banding equipment
  • Conform to plant safety requirements
